All data, content, and materials provided by Joshua remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use the data for their specified purposes.

We take data privacy seriously. All human-generated data is collected ethically and scrubbed of personally identifiable information (PII) before delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Joshua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or data.
